Located at 1728 Commercial Drive, Osita Restaurant was designed as an intimate, contemporary dining space rooted in warmth, materiality, and a strong connection to its vibrant street context. The architecture emphasized openness, texture, and atmosphere—creating a layered interior that balanced energy with a sense of comfort and craft. The space continues to evolve today as Nonna’s “Italian Street food”, maintaining its role as a lively gathering place within Commercial Drive’s “Little Italy.”
