West Coast Modern Design

This West Coast Modern is built on a beautiful waterfront site overlooking Hood Point. The home is approx. 4000 sf over two floors, and all the rooms are orientated to take in water views. The main feature of the house is centered around a large cantilevered living room over a 30 foot rock cliff hence the nickname Cliffhanger.
